These are the little beings, Peace and Joy, who inhabit Nature’s kingdom.

Here, they are exploring the Mata Atlântica, the Atlantic rainforest, of the Mantiqueira mountains in Brazil. The trees in this place are dripping with epiphytes. I particularly liked this snake fern, Microgramma squamulosa, which has incredibly intricate dark green patterns on the leaves. Joy’s dress was inspired by “Dancing Lady” orchids (Oncidium).
